How to Use Frymate Filter System
- 1. Clean the residual oil and debris from the oil filter frame.
- 2. Install the filter screen, then place the filter paper and secure it with the pressure frame.
- 3. Optional: If using a filter bag, fit it over the oil filter screen.
- 4. Assemble the slag basket and cover the top of the oil filter unit to prepare for filtration.
- 5. Drain oil from the fryer into the filter pan and allow it to recirculate for 5–7 minutes.
- 6. Clean the fryer, then return the filtered oil to the fryer vat.
- 7. Dispose of used filter paper and food residue. Clean the filter pan to ensure it’s ready for the next cycle.
