High Quality Phenolic Resin Filter Core - Phenolic Resin Filter Cartridge – Great Wall
High Quality Phenolic Resin Filter Core - Phenolic Resin Filter Cartridge – Great Wall Detail:
Phenolic resin filter cartridge
The Great Wall phenolic resin filter element has two layers of filtration, The outer layer is equivalent to pre-filtration, and the inner layer is a fine filter, which improves the particle retention capacity and service life when filtering viscous liquids.
Phenolic resin filter cartridge Specific Advantages
1.The external winding structure increases the surface area and reduces loose debris and pollution of machine-made products.
2. The extremely long acrylic fiber increases the fiber length and resists the breakage and fiber movement towards / away from the phenolic resin filters / filtered elements used in competitive products of short fibers.
3. The injection of phenolic resin enhances the viscosity of the filter element for fluids up to 15, 000 SSU (3200cks)
4. Silicone construction ensures no medium contamination
5. Flow rate of / for to 5gpm (about 2.3t/h) (each 10-inch-long filter element)
6. Phenolic resin composite filter element has a unique, two-layer structure and filter design, which can ensure the maximization of particles removal effect and ensure service life in viscous fluid filtration.
