Optimized Formulation Sequence
Using the sequence of “raw material + water + additives” followed by direct volume adjustment effectively prevented a sharp increase in turbidity during later processing stages.
Optimized Filtration Solution
The SCP-332 high-precision filter sheet delivered the best overall performance:
- Final turbidity reduced to 1.92 NTU
- Significantly improved liquid clarity
- Successfully met the customer’s high clarification requirements
In addition:
- SCP-321 demonstrated excellent filtration efficiency
- It can serve as an alternative option balancing both throughput and clarity
